Multi-line 2 is a complete range of multi-function generator protection and control products integrating all the functions you need into one compact and attractive solution.

The product range consists of different basic versions which can be supplemented with the flexible options needed to provide the optimum solution.

Supervision and control of emergency gen-sets.The system carries out an automatic changeover from mains to emergency generator on mains failure, and back from emergency generator to mains when the mains is restored.

Functions on mains failure:

Automatic start of engine, Change of circuit breakers to generator operation, Supervision of engine during operation, Automatic shutdown of engine in case of serious failures, Change of circuit breakers to mains operation when mains voltage has been restored.

Key starters, KSE72-1N

 
Main function: 



 
Manual start/stop and automatic supervision/emergency shutdown of smaller engines. Suitable for both 12V and 24V starting batteries.

For diesel engines with "stop coil" a seperate stop relay type SR-1 is applied.

The Key switch can be set in 3 positions:

"START", "RUN", "STOP"

4 inputs: Oil pressure , temperature and A & B (customisable alarm inputs).

Main function:  Stop relay designed for internal combustion engines fitted with a stop solenoid. The relay is for use with the key starter KSE72-1N and is designed for 35 mm DIN rail mounting.

M-Vision is a Windows-based software developed to be a simple, user-friendly and very cost competitive solution for the supervision, control and data acquisition for power plants controlled by DEIF multi-line 2 units or delomatic systems.
 

Quick and easy HMI/SCADA
Due to a focussed development effort M-Vision from DEIF sets new standards for quick and easy HMI/SCADA - using this software your HMI/SCADA will be up and running in 30 minutes!

User screens

The application developed on the M-Vision software is configured under customer specifications and offers several user screens each of them being an important part of the overall HMI/SCADA solution. Among the different user screens are plant overview, alarms and events, trending and report. 

Client/server application

In addition to the M-Vision server, located on site, the system can share its screens and reports with one or several client applications. The communication between M-Vision client and server can be established through:

- a modem connection
- an internet connection
- an intranet or LAN (local area network)

The CSQ-3 integrates two functions, namely synchroscope and check synchronising relay into one easy to install package, microprocessor-controlled and with no moving parts. 

Four obvious advantages characterise this product:

Safety: Being front operated via the push-buttons behind the removable front cover, the CSQ-3 does not expose the user to near hazardous voltages for set point programming - an innovative DEIF feature not commonly seen elsewhere on a market where the switchboard usually has to be opened to allow for operation of the synchroscope. 

Accuracy: Push-buttons are used for programming the unit instead of potentiometers. In addition, the exact settings are read out on an LED scale enabling very precise settings.

Flexibility: The standard CSQ-3 can be on-site calibrated to virtually all desired settings - you will not have to buy customized versions to fit the unit to your specific application.

Mechanical and electrical robustness: The front is equipped with an extremely robust front cover effectively solving all problems of broken and reflective glass. Furthermore, the CSQ-3 presents an impressive electrical immunity to harmonic distortion - it has been tested up to 30% 3rd harmonic.

The user settings of the CSQ-3 are phase window (symmetrical or asymmetrical), voltage difference, sync. relay delay, length of sync. pulse and dead busbar function with offset voltage setting.
